Order Processing & Fulfillment

• All orders are processed and fulfilled through Gelato.
• Orders typically take 2-7 business days for production before shipping.
• Orders are automatically routed to the nearest print provider to minimize shipping time and costs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (U.S.A. & Canada Only)

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping (4-8 business days after fulfillment): USD$4.75 (CDN$9.90)

Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

• Gelato works to ensure timely delivery, but occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or high order volumes.
