1. Order Issues & Eligibility for Returns
At Viva Fidei, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, since all items are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
✅ Incorrect size selection – Please refer to our size chart before purchasing.
✅ Buyer’s remorse – Since each item is made to order, we cannot process returns due to a change of mind.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily provide a free replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item showing the issue.
- We will review your claim and process a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Refunds & Replacements
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If a replacement is preferred, we will ship a new item at no extra cost.
4. Order Cancellations & Changes
- Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
- Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (U.S.), please contact us for assistance.
- Lost packages will be reviewed case-by-case, and a replacement may be issued if eligible.
